Manpower wins 2002 award for Excellence
In Call Centre Training And Education

Manpower has won a prestigious contact centre industry award at the 2002 Call Centre Management Association's (CCMA) annual awards.

The CCMA recognise individuals working to make their call centres great places to work and shining examples of excellent customer service. Manpower has been recognised for delivering outstanding high quality staff training and development programmes across its contact centre business in the UK.

Contact Centre Recruitment and Training Magazine (CCRT) is one of the official sponsors of the awards. CCRT nominated Manpower for this year's 'special award for excellence in call centre training and education'. As they were so impressed with Manpower's training and educational programme during their visit to our Borders Contact Centre in Selkirk to write a feature on the Centre in the March 2002 magazine issue.
