An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Pricing Manager (Consumer Market Insights) based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months (with the potential to become permanent) starting ASAP, working a 37 hour week, paying up to £45,593 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Background
Net Revenue Management (NRM) is one of Unilever's top 3 priorities for the coming years. NRM is a holistic approach to support the Category Growth agenda in a sustainable and profitable way and spreads across five levers: Brand Portfolio Pricing, Channel Pack Price, Mix Management, Promotional and Trade Terms Management.

About the role
The CMI function's mission is to show the business how and where to win. In this role you will contribute to delivering our mission by business partnering Marketing and Customer Development. The Global Pricing Manager is responsible for delivering the NRM agenda for Levers 1 and 2 (Brand Portfolio Pricing and Channel Pack Price). The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, able to articulate the value of analytics to our business partners and have a passion for Pricing.

Responsibilities
* Business partner one of Unilever's super-categories on delivering the NRM agenda
* Work with the global marketing teams on developing pricing strategies and setting strategic price targets
* Provide consultancy to cluster & country NRM leads on Brand Portfolio Pricing & Channel Pack Price Architecture
* Build NRM capability globally and in market through running trainings, workshops etc.
* Create, roll out & embed NRM/Pricing tools (diagnostics, price trackers, price simulators)

Interfaces
* Primary responsibility to deliver pricing solutions & consultancy to Marketing and Customer Development teams
* Collaborate with I&A (Information & Analytics team) and IT to create and roll out pricing tools
* Working with wider NRM team (Centre of Excellence, NRM country/cluster leads) to learn and share best practice

Skills and Experience
* 3-5 years work experience in Pricing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry
* Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written), advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
* The successful applicant must have strong analytical and numerical ability and the ability to build relationships within an international & multicultural network and key stakeholders across different levels in the organisation. You must be comfortable working in a virtual environment. The candidate should have a high degree of maturity and self-confidence
* Strong team commitment will be critical to deliver against the objectives of the role in a global business environment, together with the capability of holding people accountable. Passion for delivery, the ability to see the bigger picture and be proactive in planning ahead is crucial
* Business and financial acumen
* Familiarity with continuous data sources, such as Nielsen, Kantar, Millward Brown a plus
* Knowledge of Price Elasticities and Market Mix Modelling preferred
