Manpower is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a specialist manufacturing company based in Oldbury. Your role will be at the forefront of the organisation dealing with queries on a daily basis as well as assisting with payroll.

As a Payroll Administrator, your main responsibilities will be to:
*Assisting in collating, validating and inputting payroll data
*Dealing with payroll queries , filing, mail out P45s/P60s and any other queries
*Carry out administrative duties as required
*Escorting visitors around the site
*Dealing with queries via telephone, email and face to face in a professional manner
*Communicating and liaising with the branch team and external customers

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Excellent customer service skills
*Able to use initiative
*Pro-active
*Good attention to detail, with the ability to listen and follow instructions in a timely manner
*Highly organised
*IT Literate e.g. able to use different Microsoft packages
*Able to manage workload
