Due to increased business need, Our client is looking for 2 x Sales Support Administrators to join a team based in Westwood Business Park, Coventry. This is initially a 3 month contract with the potential to be extended based on business need and performance which could also lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate!

In this role you'll benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).

You'll also receive a very competitive hourly rate of £11.28 per hour.

Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5pm

Role Duties:

To provide a dedicated customer setup service, query management and pricing to both Internal Account Managers, KEY Account Managers and their customers within the Business to Business Corporate sector.

* Day to day management of the internal mailbox
* Working closely with the account management team
* To provide accurate pricing for renewals and customer retentions
* To develop and maintain open and effective "customer focused" relationships with Account Managers, Sales Support partners and Customer Service Colleague.
* Ad-hoc administration duties as required

Essential Skill Sets:

* Strong administration skills
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service
* IT literate - Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
* Attention to detail
