Manpower are currently recruiting for a Administration Manager to join a well established and growing company based in Enfield.

As an Administration Manager you will be responsible for 4 members of the team and will work in a fast paced environment.


- Deputising for Administration Manager
- Entering property/landlord/tenant/council rent/ information onto on-line IT system
- Creating files of new properties and checking all documents, certificates and agreements
- To direct and support staff as agreed by the Administration Manager
- Advertising to the local authorities for new or re-let properties on all schemes
- Chasing bookings and cancellations from the local authorities
- Keeping records of documents etc. and creating reports on spreadsheets
- Reception duty on a rota basis

The ideal candidate skills:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Clean DBS
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Working in housing or lettings/property management would be desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- The ability to prioritise and cope in a busy environment with varied workload
- Able to complete work to specific deadlines
