An exciting opportunity for a Trainee HR Administrator to join our well established company who is based in Tonbridge.

As a Trainee HR Administrator, your role will involve:
*Takingpart into the recruitment processes: job advertisement, screening of CV's and interview organisation
*Maintain accurate HR information both electronic and manual on personal files
*Build effective working relationships with staff and managers across the organisation
*Support HR Business Partners in managing wide spectrum of HR activities, such as the administration of new hires, promotions, progressions, transfers, leavers, pay review and employee relations

The successful applicant will have previous office experience and have GCSEs (or equivalent) at A*-C grades in English and Maths. This role would suit someone who has an interest in starting/progressing their career within HR and happy to undertake HR qualifications. Excellent writing and organisational skills are required with good attention to detail. You will be a professional person who is able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Able to build good working relationships with all staff and be able to communicate well at all levels. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have good keyboard skills.

You will be learning on the job, gaining applicable knowledge from HR professionals and have the opportunity to gain recognised HR qualifications. The company is committed to their employee's development and offers the opportunity to progress.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £16,000
