An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for a HR Operations & Administration Assistant. This is a temporary role to start January 2017 and expected to run for 12 months. The salary for this position is paying between £25,600 per annum up to £29,705 per annum, depending on experience. The role will be based at Unilever's UK HQ in Leatherhead, Surrey.

The overall purpose of this role is to enable and support the smooth ongoing running of HR Operations through the control and maintenance of the HR systems and production of relevant management information. This role will work with outsourced partners and internal services organisation and liaise closely with the organisational unit business partner who is accountable for the overall operational effectiveness and integrity of the data and information.

1.Undertake the "HR Partner" role in Workday, become a Subject Matter Expert in Workday and the operation of the Workday system.
2.Maintain Position Management data in Workday including, creating, editing, and closing positions for roles based at the site/sites which they serve. Track and chase where necessary.
3.Review the job change process in Workday, including checking and editing allowances to ensure a consistent approach.
4.Create pre-hire records in Workday as part of the on boarding process for new hires.
5.Support HRBPs to maintain and manage data integrity including data checking, mass uploads and resolving all downstream changes associated with position data.
6.Maintain sickness absence data relating to discretionary company sickness benefits.
7.HR Data reporting and analysis as required to satisfy routine organisation requirements and ad hoc HRBP requests
8.Trouble shoot data and system issues within HR processes, and/or HR administration
9.Work closely with Service Delivery and Accenture to escalate service issues that relate to HR systems and process
10.Support with administration of international transfers involving liaison with relevant internal Unilever and third party service providers
11.Support line managers with self-service operation of Workday and guiding them through HR process to ensure organisational data integrity.
12.Work with the wider HR Operations team on ad-hoc project work.

Excel to intermediate level (pivot tables and data manipulation)
Experience of working with an outsourced HR environment
Experience of working with Workday highly desirable

Key Experience and Qualifications Required
This job is a real opportunity for someone to play an essential role in supporting our HR Business Partners to enable a step change in HR Operational delivery.
Strong organisation skills will be important, as well as attention to detail and diligence.
The individual will need to multitask and see work through to full implementation.
Working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces will be part of the role so strong relationship building and communication skills are key.
Track record of delivery in HR operational and administration is important.
