We are looking to recruit an Internal Communication & sourcing Manager for our client who is a major FMCG company within the UK, This role will be within their Medical Division on 12 Month contract.


As an Internal Communication and Sourcing Manager your role will be as follows;

Communications -
You will be in charge of driving and executing the internal communication strategy within the company and the management of communication internally and externally. You will identify communication needs; you will build a communication plan and promote the company's culture and core values

Recruitment -
You will also be responsible for the recruitment of internal and external candidates for new roles and vacancies. You will analyse incoming applications or and proactively search potential candidates via different channels. You will partake in interviewing candidates. You actively participate and support assessments for the final candidates.


If you have proven communication and influence skills, the ability prioritize and lead action plans with pragmatism, have previous experience within recruitment and selection and the ability to develop networks internally and externally then we want to hear from you!
