Centrally based in the heart of Winchester, a leading independent company now seek to recruit an additional Business Administrator to complement their team. The difference with this job description is that you will not find a paragraph stating "experience necessary" as full training will be given. In fact if you have just left college or university, and are looking for your first office based role or you have some office experience but wish to develop then this may well be the right opportunity for you.

You will be working within a great team focused environment; your manager will give you support and the help of an in-house trainer to really show you the ropes.

So what is the job of Business Administrator?

In a nutshell you will be providing a very strong administrative support to your colleagues and key customers, so you will need to work your way around a computer fairly swiftly and be able to type professional correspondence so strong writing skills are pretty important.

You are also in charge of your own workload so prioritising skills are pretty high up there on the tick box of the ideal candidate - as is attention to detail and the ability to be a fast learner and absorb new info like a sponge!

Along with full training, great location, decent hours and perks you will be offered a salary of £15,000 and is reviewed annually.
