This part-time position ( 22 1/2 hours per week ), based in our Head Office in Canary Wharf, reports to a Principal Consultant and provides executive candidates with support, encouragement and the necessary skills to carry out research and connect to the market.

This position is expected to increase market connections, manage and create online content to continually develop our research and market intelligence.

The role collaborates across the business to share best practice, developing a supportive approach with colleagues.


Supports the 'winning' of candidates -liaising with colleagues and associates to do so
Proactively reaches out to cement executive candidate engagement in our services
Enables candidates to carry out their own research through training and coaching
Provides research and market intelligence
Connects executive candidates to relevant employers, recruiters/headhunters
Develops content and provides training on research and social media
Liaises with wider delivery team to provide a positive candidate experience through effective communication and team work
Communicates the latest research resources - Right Management and Partner tools

Provides information and training on Right Management and partner tools to increase knowledge, maximise usage and impact.
Creates content and updates resources on RightEverywhere - blogs - links - templates etc.
Promotes jobs and candidate profiles, seeks opportunities to increase jobs advertised

Business Development
Identifies candidates who are working with Associate Consultants for Right Management's Strategic Business Intelligence - lead generation ambition - liaises with team members to confirm inclusion and next steps.
Encourages candidates to attend events and be part of our alumni
Supports the development and delivery of event, including business leaders and bite size learning
Provides updates on the market to support business development activity as needed
Contributes to campaigns through social media activity, references, testimonials, articles, blogs, factsheets etc.

Develops relationships with wider team including Associates through networking and events
Supports the business through a programme of upskilling to increase knowledge and skills.
Creates collaborative working relationships, shares learning, best practice and ideas with colleagues
Develops links with 3rd parties to promote relevant tools and resources.
Supports growth and learning for self and colleagues, encouraging two-way feedback
Demonstrates our values and brand attributes in all interactions

Implements and focuses on processes and system improvements
Anticipates change, removes obstacles, finds solutions and prioritises to achieve plans
Complies with Right Management knowledge management, reporting and processes

Optimises resources and increases brand awareness through communication, training and coaching
Keeps up to date with market trends to support the delivery and innovation of our solutions.
