Please note, this is a temporary contract role for which you would be employed by Manpower and working on behalf of our client; SAP.

We work with a wide range of SAP cloud based solutions, including C4C, ByD, HCP, SuccessFactors and mobile solutions. Additionally, we provide an expert support service in order to enable partners to deliver high quality products to their customers.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
o1st Level Support Tasks:
oMonitor Support Queues and respond to incoming tickets.
oCommunicate with customers and align on priorities of incoming tickets.
oReproduce issue and clarify open questions with customer.
oDo initial analysis and solve issue with the support of documentation, survival guides and other material provided
oForward incident to next level if incident cannot get solved.
oKnowledge sharing within the support team and the development team (lessons learned)
oReport to support lead status of all current incidents in your responsibility

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
oBachelor's Degree or equivalent in the area of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or professional experience in the area of technical support.
oTechnical inquisitive nature with advanced analytical and diagnostic skills
oExcellent customer focus and communication skills, both oral and written
oStrong team player and comfortable working on own initiative
oAbility to communicate technical ideas, designs, and specifications effectively
oPassionate about learning new concepts and technologies
oKnowledge of web technologies and programming languages beneficial
oBusiness Process Knowledge/ABAP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
oAbility to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure, working virtually with internal teams and customers
oAvailability to work on weekends and public holidays
