We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Catalogue Change Manager for our Client based in London. The successful candidate will be an experienced ITIL Catalogue Change Manager with experience of managing, executing or overseeing change and configuration management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of customer generated catalogue changes
- Track all outstanding changes and provide updates to both the customer and business on progress
- Responsible for the maintenance of the service catalogue, ensuring that all offerings are up to date and annual indexation is applied
- Design and create new catalogue offerings and impacting of significant change
- Attend customer facing meetings including a monthly change board
- Assist the Service Delivery Manager to ensure that all changes are impacted to prevent any disruption to the service
- Maintain change trackers
- Work with the Commercial team to identify sales and project delivery times

Essential Skills:
- Familiarity with secure system development and MOD Government security standards
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes and procedures including:
o Creating documentation
o Storing outputs in the DII Knowledge Management system
o Adhering to DII standards and procedures
o Management reporting of all catalogue change activities
o Design and create new catalogue offerings
o Maintenance of the server catalogue including the application of annual indexation

Desirable Skills:
- DII Experience
- Experience of working in a "clamped" environment
- Experience of technologies used within the service VMWare, Active Directory, Radia and Windows Vista

Personal Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Advances proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programmes including; Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Qualifications:
- Foundation qualification in ITIL or equivalent experience
