Presentation, communication and professionalism are key for this role.

Some of your duties could include:

* Answering the telephones in a helpful and customer service centred way
* Monitor all client orders through CMS
* Track the order, keeping the client and CMS updated on progress
* Maintain regular communications with Manager regarding skill shortages to initiate appropriate recruitment activity
* Undertake daily desk close down, identifying all outstanding unfilled orders, issues and escalations
* Check availability of primary fill staff from the candidate database.
* Advertise, CV source and manage Social Media campaigns to attract candidates to roles
* Propose sourced candidates to orders, liaise and arrange full registration and compliancy with the Mobile Recruitment and Safeguarding teams
* Join weekly Contract Calls to discuss ongoing recruitment needs for both current posts, and predicted forecast in requirements
* Liaise with Compliance team to chase down compliant staff, if not suitable candidates in
* Ensure maximum, compliant utilisation of current Manpower candidates to meet primary fill targets
* Where primary fill is not possible, request authorisation to pass to Panel Vendor team - develop understanding of client requirements and keep in regular communication with user managers
* Accurately record all client and candidate conversations on the system
* Initiate a point of escalation for any order/fulfilment issues
* Issues, escalations and incident management to be passed to the Client Relationship Co-ordinator in an effective and consistent manner
* Shift work with other colleagues.
* Liaise closely with the Sector Managers and Account Co-ordinators,sharing any relevant information that will assist with overall Account Management
* Any other requirements that may reasonably be requested by your Team Leader
