ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:

* A confident and positive communicator, with a track record of gaining large new business customers.
* Ability to identify and follow up new profitable business opportunities, from scratch, persuasive & with minimal direction.
* Commercially savvy. Self starter. Able to work independently and within a team.
* Ability to convert existing prospects and support on-going business (up & cross sell).
* Ability to be empathic with people from different backgrounds and nationalities to understand their requirements, help them to tackle issues and create rapport.
* Planning, preparing and conducting presentations (in person or online) to customers and prospects.
* Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
* Ability to write reports, follow company procedures and provide management with feedback.
* Good administration skills and solid customer service attitude.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS:

* Appropriate department policies and procedures are followed.
* Achievement of objectives, tasks, duties, deadlines, targets and corporate objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

A person with a strong and successful international sales background, particularly with a good track record of securing new business preferably in a technological environment. Innate selling skills coupled with a strong motivation to help internal & external customers and help them grow their business. Target driven and capable of working on own initiative and within a team environment. Strives to succeed.

Experienced in the use of Windows operating systems.

Needs full and clean license to drive a car.
