The Role;

The successful applicant will report to the SOP supervisor and work as part of the overall SOP team. Experience is not critical as an in depth "on the job" training programme will be delivered.

Primarily you will receive orders from our customers, is then your responsibility to accurately & efficiently process those orders through our bespoke IT system.
The role will also include a number of extended office administration duties and your performance will be measured through a sequence of KPI's.

The ideal Candidate would ideally show;

A good level of IT understanding using programmes such as Word & Excel.
An ability to work independently and as part of a Team
An ability to work within a busy office Environment
A clear and confident Telephone manner
Strong Communication skills
A Flexible approach to Business and Customer needs
A customer focussed Approach
They are well Organised
They can plan ahead
Consistent Results
A very good attention to detail.
