We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Document Team Manager for our Client based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Agents that perform functions vital to the implementation of a mass migration project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Agents and their Team Leader, who perform a variety of functions vital to the implementation of a mass migration project
- Act as face for the team into the Client and key stakeholders
- Delegate incoming work requirements to the Team Leader for them to push into the team
- Manage team performance and metrics addressing productivity and quality issues where necessary
- Attend Client meetings to provide updates on the status of work being handled by team
- Implement best practice into the team, working on processes if required
- Push to ensure team is cross skilled in all areas
- Ensure the rewards and recognition piece is well utilized

Essential Skills:
- Ability to adapt priorities and respond to senior requests as and when demanded
- Good understanding and experience of Excel
- Excellent organization skills
- Proactive and can-do attitude
- Good eye for detail and problem solving

Essential Experience:
- An excellent understanding of the service desk environment

Due to the business needs of this role SC security clearance is an essential requirement. If applicants do not currently have SC clearance they must have photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving license, that is in date and reflects the applicants current address.
