We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Service Request Coordinator for our Client based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing unfulfilled service requests when filtered through workflow and reducing the impact on other parties with tasks in the request.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all service requests when filtered through workflow and reduce the impact on other parties with tasks in the request
- Responsible for the monitoring, tracking, reporting and communication of service requests with all involved parties
- Escalate issues to the SRM when prioritization decisions are required to maintain/increase momentum of the process
- Assist in making amendments to the Client Support Software, for example, account creation
- Provide advice and guidance to relevant parties, when required, of the Client Support Software process
- Update the knowledgebase documents relating to the above processes, ensuring the documents reflect current working instructions and policies
- Input in to the register of authorised demanders

Essential Skills:
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks

Essential Experience:
- Coordination experience
- Using service management tooling

Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Understanding of ITIL
- Data entry

Due to the business needs of this role SC security clearance is an essential requirement. If applicants do not currently have SC clearance they must have photographic ID in the form of a passport or driving license, that is in date and reflects the applicants current address.
