Great opportunity for an experienced receptionist to work for our client based at Heathrow! Are you willing to work on a 4 days on 4 days off rota? Do you have proven experience in a front of house/reception and/or customer service environment? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!!

The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional and efficient front of house reception service and act as the first point of contact for all company visitors.

The main accountabilities are to meet and great all site visitors, issuing identity passes and parking passes as required and ensuring that all H&S requirements are satisfied for contractors/suppliers working onsite.

You will also be tasked with managing the reception phone system; answering all phone calls, diverting and/or taking messages as required and processing meeting room booking requests.

Post management; opening and distributing incoming, preparing and franking outgoing, stationary management, responsible for supply to all operations, workshop and office.

Act as main point of contact for all employees with regards to facilities management. Become an authorised signatory for all airside security activities for short and long term contractors and ad-hoc visitors, as and when required.

Support and provide assistance to workshop reception e.g. vehicle handover process. Provide ad hoc administration support to Fleet Support Centre Team. Manage reception department, including displays, literature, TV screens and ensuring area is kept tidy and presentable at all times. Active involvement in the day to day front line service delivered to the customer. Operate as an active team member.

Comply and contribute to the effective implementation of ISO business standards, and internal business processes and policies. To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by Support Centre Manager. Protect the information assets of the Company and comply with the Company's Information Assurance policies and procedures.

Previous experience in a front of house/reception and/or customer service environment. Professional and polite telephone manner, excellent communication skills

Ability to produce professional written communication, for colleagues and customers at all levels, demonstrate a natural ability to build effective relationships/rapport with visitors.

Ability to prioritise own workload.Fully conversant with Microsoft office suite, must hold a full UK manual driving license. Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Airside Pass.
