Manpower UK are currently working with a superb company based in the centre of Northampton. They are a leading insurance company who have won "Best Companies to work for" for two years running.

Due to phenomenal growth plans they are currently recruiting a number of Sales Executives to join their team in February.

Central Northampton Location
£18,000 OTE £23,000 - £25,000 in first year, fantastic benefits package
Monday - Friday between 0800 - 1800

The Job Role:
* Handling high call volumes and leads relating to new business
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maximise on business leads with successful sales techniques
* Working to weekly and monthly sales targets to achieve bonus
* Working on an in-house system to record information and process orders

To be considered for this role you will:
* Have previous sales/telesales experience within a regulated environment
* Have a proven track record of achieving set targets and KPI
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
* Possess an excellent telephone manner
* Be self- motivated and have a 'can-do' attitude!
