This is a fantastic opportunity with an established and global organisation, that employs over 15,000 people worldwide, that are setting up an office in Dublin City Centre.

This is a contact centre / call centre position dealing with incoming calls only and is purely customer service and account management.

It is essential that you have previous experience in a phone based role and ideally have experience in a Financial Services role (Banking, Insurance, Accounting etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
*Customer Service - inbound call management which ensures a good balance between productivity and quality
*Support customers directly
*Ability to liaise with other departments as necessary to get the job done
*Identify process improvement opportunities and raise through the appropriate forum
*Any other tasks as required
