Customer Service & Sales Advisor (PART TIME)
Are you looking to work part time Monday -Friday? Do you have an engaging telephone manner and office experience? I am currently recruiting on behalf of a truly wonderful company who are based on the outskirts of Winchester therefore own transport is essential.
If you thoroughly enjoy talking to customers over the phone and have some great administration skills then you certainly have the right experience for the role of Customer Service & Sales Advisor. The team are friendly, approachable and really pride themselves in the service they offer to their customers both nationally and internationally.
The role of Customer Service & Sales Advisor requires your availability to work Monday through to Friday and be
able to work between 20-30 hours per Week depending on how many you are able to commit to.
Responsibilities of Customer Service & Sales Advisor role will consist of the following:
*Sales order Processing and associated tasks to include inputting sales orders and creating delivery notes
*Daily invoicing using Sage Accounts.
*Answering a wide variety of customer enquiries via telephone and email
*Updating and maintaining customer contact and product information in Sage 50.
*Managing web orders and associated card payments where required.
*Organising the dispatch of product samples on behalf of the external sales team.
*Generating a variety of sales reports through Sage.
A good telephone manner and warm way with customers is essential as a large percentage of the job will be spent dealing directly with customers over the phone and via email. Attention to detail is also an important requirement
for maintaining high levels of accuracy in our customer and product related systems.
