Our client specialises in the design, planning and installation of Kitchen furniture. They mainly operate in the new build sector servicing the house builder on a national scale.

Due to continued growth & expansion we are looking to fill the above-mentioned role.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic Customer Care Administrator to join their small and friendly team based in South Shields.

You will need to have experience working within a similar customer care based role and have the ability to be incredibly organised in order to manage a heavy workload.
You need to be able to make decisions quickly and think on your feet.

You will be liaising with people at all levels including Tradesman, handling a wide range of enquiries and contacting customers regarding there warranty, so you must have a confident telephone manner with the ability to show life skills.

Candidate Requirements -

1.A good level of IT understanding using programmes such as Excel & Word.
2.Previous experience dealing with tradesman/ builders desirable.
3.The ability to work independently and as part of a Team
4.The ability to work within a busy office Environment
5.Clear and confident Telephone manner
6.Strong Communication skills
7.Flexible approach to business and customer needs

9.Well organised with a strong attention to detail.
10.Able to Plan ahead
