A fantastic opportunity has become available for a full time administrator.

Responsibilities involve;
-General admin duties contacting suppliers / dealing with queries
-Put together a supplier database of vendors / Contact details
-Managing the facilities inboxes
-Setting up filing archive for all lease contracts (paper copies)
-Arranging shared drive and collating all the teams files and storing / ordering the filing of them
-Raising Purchase orders / receiving invoices and processing them

Skill set
-Knowledge of Purchase order systems (Coupa / SAP / Similar)
-Knowledge of Real estate / Facilities would be beneficial
