An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Change Manager to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for an HR Change Manager to work in Enterprise Technology Solutions part of the business, based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months to work on a current project, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to £65K pro rata dependant on the experience and £325 per day, limited contractor.

HR Change Manager

-Evaluation of Internal Unilever roles up to Work Level 2 (Middle Management and below) across multiple countries (this can be trained if necessary - just awareness of how to evaluate a role would be good)
-Creation of Job Descriptions (working with directors to ensure they are consistent)
-Project Planning and Tracking
-Writing Communications
-Supporting design of redundancy selection process across multiple countries
-Designing and managing selection and assessment processes across multiple location
-Working with local HR across multiple countries to discuss local issues and support with communications to and documentation for Works Councils etc.
-Working with Directors to support them with queries on the project or people.


Candidate Requirements

-Strong attention to detail
-Experience working in HR ideally in a Multi-national.
-Experience of managing HR restructuring programmes - ideally across more than one country (but appreciate this may be harder to find).
-Excellent communication skills - as will be liaising with Mangers, writing communications and working with local HR where English may not be 1st language.
-Bias for action - very organised, structured thinking and good at getting through work, happy working to tight timelines!
-Good experience with Excel - able to confidently do pivot tables, Vlook up etc
-
Someone who is happy to do a mixture of project planning but primarily a lot of basic HR tasks
