An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Regional Account Executive based at Unilever's UK HQ in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a 6 month role, full time, Monday to Friday, paying up to £39000 per annum, depending on experience.

Background/General Purpose of Position:

This person will directly manage 3rd party distributors. Managing 3rd party distributors is different from managing a national account, using a third party as an intermediary body to the retailer. Managing all categories, all brands but into one distributor- this person will become a general manager for each country.

One or two distributors within each country and this person would manage these distributors for the country.
This person will be a direct customer interface on a daily basis.

This person will be responsible for the full P and L
Own joint business plans
Build relationships with 3rd party suppliers


Responsibilities:
-Delivery of turnover, profitability and business building ,within allocated categories and region
-Day to day buyer contact and relationship management at the designated suppliers.
-Working with colleagues in creation and execution of specific business plans.
-Maximise operational smoothness of the customer interface - delivering brilliant business basics

Key Experience and Qualifications Required

Ideally, you'll have previous account and customer development management and experience of working within a global organisation. You will have a track record of achieving positive results and must display passion for growth.

You'll also be highly IT proficient, with good verbal and written communication skills, and the desire to develop professional expertise in this area.

International travel will be required.
