Customer Service Representative required for our client who is a leading manufacturer, with leading market positions and brands in countries around the world. They operate in a number of important market segments ranging from buildings and infrastructure to transport, industrial and consumer goods.

As a Representative you will support and assure the Customer Service Team's highly professional interactions with customers associated with their order processing, complaint registration, general management and information requirements. You will act as a first level contact with customer for answers to questions and attempt to resolve complaints. You will also obtain adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs

Additionally you will support the order-to-cash process with excellence in order processing and register customer orders in the ERP system received via, electronic mail, phone or through other contact with the customer.

The chosen candidate will have experience of Microsoft Office and will ideally have experience in CRM or SAP. You will have experience of dealing with customers and have the desire to learn.
