Responsibilities

Servicing a multitude of clients through BTA and Corporate Card company administrators who are the point of contact for our customers

The majority of corporate clients you'll be servicing will be via email; however you will be required to take some calls

Use and management of internal and external online tools

Partnership management with third party vendors

Handling complex issues the clients servicing tools that require patience, diligence and a Growth Mindset

Building strong relationships between travel agents, client account managers, senior leadership and clients directly to ensure consistency and clarity on data and payment processes.


Required Skills

For this role, prior experience in call centres or credit environments is not necessary. More importantly, you must be

- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

You must be flexible to work in a shift-based role, on a 35 hour per week rota.
