As Service Advisor, you’ll ensure our customers enjoy a smooth journey as you look after all their servicing and repair needs.
Making exceptional service your mission, you’ll arrange bookings, plan customer arrival times, carry out road tests, and keep customers informed. It’s all about working closely with the workshop to ensure good communication. Passionate about our products, you’ll be constantly on the look-out to promote sales of accessories, parts and new vehicles as you interact with our customers.
Self-confident and courteous, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your strong customer service experience, together with your proven organisational and
prioritising skills, will enable you to go that extra mile to help our customers. Able to take the initiative and accept ownership of issues, you’ll find the right balance of talking and listening to make our service shine. You’ll be passionate about keeping up-to-date with our products and services and will have a full UK driving licence.
