Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to provide support to the Independent Nuclear Assurance (INA) department.

INA is a fast-paced department and so the successful person will spend a lot of time prioritising their own workload and working independently. The successful candidate will have good IT skills and be confident in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, but training for relevant company systems will be given where required. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a large and successful company on a long-term project.


Main responsibilities:

*Diary management
*Arranging meetings and taking minutes
*Compilation and provision of weekly team brief material
*Compilation of meeting packs
*Coordination of communications across INA
*Maintaining the team's intranet pages
*Responsible for compiling and distributing a weekly report to set timescales for the team and retrieve KPI information, as well as supporting the quarterly reporting process
*Some analysis work and report formatting
*Ad-hoc PA support, such as printing packs, scheduling recurring meetings, and processing expenses


Skills required:

*Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
*Good attention to detail
*Good organisational/communications skills
*Good experience of Microsoft Office Suite to an intermediate level
*The ability to write creatively would be advantageous
