Main Duties

Receive incoming calls via the Technical Support Helpdesk answering confidently, efficiently and politely at all times, using the iConnect Agent Phone System
Give advice and technical support to customers quickly and accurately by discussing the pumps installation and general plumbing to the pump also using pump specification information and company guidelines
To use relevant techniques and information supplied in order to diagnose issues, and confirm potential faults with pump, pump installation or plumbing issues
Update all call notes onto a computerised Service Database or CRM System
Take customer payments for service calls and pump or accessory purchase and process via Sage Pay
Ensure all technical enquiries received by e-mail are managed and cleared daily
Use of company online chat facility to deal with pump enquiries and faults etc
Authorise service calls received from engineers on site

Desirable skills/experience:

UK plumbing experience within the UK plumbing industry would be advantageous
Experience of working in an office environment
Experience of working in a technical support role / customer service role
Call/Contact Centre experience
