No sales experience is necessary we are keen to talk to individuals from any background. But if you have a sales background even better!

Working as part of an appointing team in Manchester City, you will be responsible for contacting customers using digitally generated leads, outlining our clients business and products followed by arranging home visits with their field sales team.
As the initial contact, you will be responsible for building a rapport with the customer and ensuring they have a positive association with the Company ahead of the field sales appointment.

Your duties will include:

* Establishing contact with consumers who have expressed an interest in our clients plans- leads will be provided.
* To work and maximise leads according to company standards.
* Ensure that targets set for allocated regions are achieved as per company requirements.
* Ensure that all appointments are compliant and meet quality standards.
* To appropriately overcome objections to confirm the appointment.
* To exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets and KPI's as directed by the Telesales Manager.
* To comply with all reporting, admin and sales processes and procedures.
* To achieve and surpass, daily, weekly and monthly targets set out by the business.

Your Skills and Experience:

You will work with professionalism and integrity, be organised, confident and have the ability to manage opportunities at a variety of stages, from cold-calling through to calls with previously identified hot prospects.

You will already be highly motivated and used to working in a target driven environment.

You will already demonstrate a proven track record in a previous telemarketing role or target driven environment, with experience of introducing products and services to prospects and must be IT literate.
