As a Service Advisor, you’ll provide our customers with a warm welcome as you act as the link between the customer and the workshop.
You’ll ensure the customer journey is seamlessly smooth as you make bookings and plan arrival times, greet customers at reception, agree their service and repair requirements, and present completed motorcycles to customers. It’s a chance to make your mark as you provide exceptional servicing and repair services while maximising sales opportunities for accessories.
Empathetic and self-confident with a flair for building relationships, you’ll have the proven customer service skills to take ownership of issues and provide our customers with the solutions they expect and deserve. Passionate about all things BMW Motorrad, you’ll be keen to keep up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments. A full UK driving licence together with a motorcycle licence will be essential, as will strong communication and presentation skills. Above all, you’ll be impatient to get on.
