We currently have a vacancy for a full time Compliance & Administration Officer to join our team in Pinner. Prior knowledge or experience in the Medical Recruitment field or in the NHS would be an advantage but not essential.

Excellent communicator and administrator, A great team player, Very organised, Someone who pays close attention to detail,Ability to assimilate information and apply it quickly and accurately.
Excellent IT skills are essential for this role. This will also be a great opportunity to learn another aspect of Medical Recruitment in the NHS and Private sector and develop new skills.
The successful applicant will report to the Managing Directors and the recruitment team to provide a comprehensive and high quality administrative support service in relation to all compliance checks.
Applicants must be educated to GCSE level including English or equivalent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in a busy team environment.
As a compliance officer you will support the team in the sourcing of legislative documents required on file for candidates.
Duties and responsibilities will include tasks such as the following:
To understand and adhere to the compliance requirements for numerous Frameworks within the Doctors, Interim and Education Recruitment sectors.
To understand and adhere to company policies and procedure in the supply of temporary candidates
Formatting candidate CV's from their original format to the company's format
Attain candidate documentation to ensure fully compliant and up to date files on our candidate database (electronic and paper based)
Continually liaising with candidates, informing them of the need for legislation and the urgency required to meet business needs
Support the team with all administrative duties to achieve best practice, a quality focus and ultimately improve sales
Updating documents on to the database
Arranging online training courses
Updating Occupational Health results and liaising with outside organisations in obtaining further training certificates, immunisation results and completing criminal records checks.
Checking compliance files to ensure files are fully compliant files
Calling all candidates to arrange completing documents
Applying for candidate references and attaching them to candidate files
Other duties as required
