We have a great opportunity for a tenacious, driven and self-motivated Sales professional to join a Field Sales team within a dynamic business.

You'll be responsible for driving new business sales in an assigned region, selling fleet optimisation products to business customers.

There is a fantastic (uncapped) and very realistic earning potential; the majority of the existing team are hitting and exceeding targets!

Your duties will include:
*Developing a monthly objectives plan and sales strategy - working to sales target and KPI's
*Self-generating leads and sales activity
*Creating proposals and presentations
*Maintain relevant professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, training, self-study, relevant publications, personal networks and professional societies
*Provide forecasting updates through effective CRM management
*Prospecting calls, appointments, objection handling and closing sales
*Deliver exceptional levels of Customer service

You must have a proven track record in a New Business B2B sales role coupled with a tenacious, professional and resilient nature. Other skills and experience required:

*Educated to degree level is desirable
*B2B New business experience is essential
*Ideally a technical sales background
*Extensive experience in customer relationship management
*Strong problem solving skills and a willingness to delve deeply into complex issues to deliver a resolution
*Ability to focus and prioritise in a high stress environment
*Very strong communication skills both written and verbal
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
