An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a HR Services Specialist based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to a maximum £34,000 per annum. Pro rata, depending on experience.

Enterprise and Technology Solutions (ETS) is Unilever's global business services organisation, providing the tools, technologies and services that enable employees to drive agility, efficiency and sustainable growth. ETS is made up of two divisions: Enterprise Solutions and Information Technology, delivering a range of vital business-critical services including:

*HR Services
*Finance Services
*Information & Analytics
*Workplace Services
*IT Services

Within HR Services, the Global Core HR Team is responsible for Unilever's global HR business processes and associated work instructions for managing an employee's life cycle within the organisation. This includes maintaining HR records in Workday, a cloud based HR system. "On the ground" administration is delivered by HR Service Teams, serving employees in each country, on an Outsourced basis with third party partners or in an Insourced model (in most countries in Asia, Africa and some in Europe). The Core HR team is closely connected to the HR System Support Team, based in Kingston, Durban and Manila, which maintains and provides support for Workday and those who use it.

Our role is to support the delivery of simple and efficient Core HR solutions and ensure an outstanding end-to-end user experience across resourcing, payroll, global mobility & reward.

Unilever is currently on a programme to reimagine how it delivers these services under the principles of "More Simple, More Human, More Impact" It aims to deliver a better employee experience, simplify life for HR and reduce costs.

Main Accountabilities:
Core HR product specialist for end to end processes and support redesign in line with Key Employee Moments strategy.
Review and refine processes and materials to simplify, drive efficiency and improve service in line with Reimagine Project strategy.
Support automation and work with associated teams to transition from manual processes where possible - including Workday and Salesforce.
Explore and innovate with new interactive collaboration channels, including in house social media, mainstream apps, live/web chat and encourage local and global adoption.
Work with the ETS communication team to ensure Core HR messages are focused, effective and timely and reach the required target audience through all available means.
Core HR support for Wave 1 implementation moving from Outsourced to Insourced model, including case management and knowledge management.

Key Skills:
*Strong HR Services knowledge - preferably insourced and outsourced models
*Innovative use of communication channels and customer engagement
*Maximising technology and developing automated solutions
*Working with third party providers
*Advanced MS Excel
*Knowledge and experience of working with Workday and Salesforce Case Management is an advantage
*Cross Team Collaboration
*Analytical thinking to identify and resolve issues, including system issues.
*Passion for simplification and continuous improvement
*Excellent time management skills and ability organise and prioritise multiple tasks
*Ability to work, deliver and contribute in a global team
