*Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales and online traffic. As part of the Sales & Marketing team propose new ideas and support a creative marketing environment
*Deliver frequent, timely and positive technical articles across all available media, including print and e communication. Ensure copy is accurate and written in a timely manner
*Support the development of the new CRM system. Working with all stakeholders, ensure that the development receives full buy in and support
*Ensure the company websites are kept up to date with all current material, and ensure that the sites are optimised for SEO, through appropriate content.
*Create and develop appropriate marketing material for BDM's and Regional Sales Managers. Liaise with BDMs and RSMs to ascertain what is required
*Manage the development of technical materials tailored to the requirements of each territory, Language-specific marketing materials will be required. Liaise with Offices to ascertain requirements.
*Develop and introduce information and literature tailored to our respective audiences, including direct and indirect customers Ensure literature is up to date. Accompany BDM's at meetings to ascertain what could be developed.
*Support all Marcoms activity including Advertising, Exhibitions and PR, Marcoms material to support initiatives. Be proactive in sourcing and developing new ideas.
*Plan, execute and analyse on-line and off-line campaigns, including surveys, ensure analysis is undertaken on marketing activity; suggest ways to improve as necessary.
*To contribute to the requirements of the Marketing budget and manage associated spend on a monthly basis, Propose planned expenditure for the annual budget and manage accordingly.
*As a member of the Sales & Marketing department support and undertake general marketing tasks as required.
