As part of their Internal Sales Team you will be responsible for signing-up new customers to their home delivery service. Each customer will have engaged their services previously. It will be your responsibility to build relationships and identify a need or benefit for switching the customer across to their bespoke home delivery service

The key responsibilities of the role are:

Make outbound calls to sign new customers up to the service
Hit individual monthly sales target as set by the business
Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times
Be self-motivated and drive personal and team performance
Gain trust and build relationships over the phone
Reflect the company's brand and values in all interactions
Ability to be flexible in order to meet business needs
Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements

You will have demonstrable work experience in the following areas and have the following attributes - making you our ideal candidate :

Solid sales experience

Ability to convert all leads to sales using effective techniques
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills

Objection handling experience
