We have a fantastic opportunity working as an Internal Customer Account Manager for a business which sits in the digital technology space

This is a role within a business who are a global organisation and a leader in it's field and superb opportunity for someone to come and in and develop a fantastic career within the industry

The main part of this role will focus on proactively managing all retention, re signing and client account activities, as well as driving increased revenue growth and existing customer base development through upsell, cross-sell and price management as per annual targets

We are looking for someone who is looking to further their sales/ account management experience, working in an office environment, concentrating on the existing customer base, someone who can demonstrate the following;

*Proven Telesales ability - minimum 3 years sales experience as an outbound Inside or Telesales representative. Prior B2B SaaS sales experience with WebEx or virtual sales presentation skills required
*Experience with ROI business selling and operating expense management
*Strong computer experience and time management skills are required
*Working knowledge of Sales Force and GPS systems preferable
*Solid knowledge and experience with MS office, Outlook, Sales Force CRM system and WebEx demonstration tools
*Customer relationship and conflict management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*High level of attention to detail
