Call Centre Agents x 13 12-8pm Monday to Friday

Manpower is currently recruiting for call centre agents to work for our client based on the outskirts of Reading.

The role will require you to call existing customers to check their details and talk to them about new products.
You will be dealing with a variety of customers so will need to have excellent customer service skills.

You will be required to work 5 days per week - Mon to Thurs 12:00pm to 20:00pm and Friday 11:00am to 19:00pm. This is a temporary role starting ASAP.

You do not need experience within call centre or sales, but is an advantage if you do. Having telephone experience is essential.
