An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Digital Assistant Brand Manager (AXE/LYNX) based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months (Maternity Cover), working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying up to £36,876 per annum. pro rata, depending on experience.

Digital and new technologies will play a key role in the future development of the brand agenda. That is why AXE REPUBLIC is looking for a digital marketer with a passion for digital and proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set.

JOB PURPOSE:

*Making Axe cool and famous.

*Pioneering digital innovation for the brand by collaborating other cool brands, digital platforms (Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat/Buzzfeed/Spotify etc) and technology providers.

*Leading AXE HUB - our forum to co-create, share, celebrate and scale up great work.

*Development and implementation of global visual identity framework across digital platforms. Lead the communication and coordination with local teams.

*Ensuring 5C model implementation across the globe, supporting brand.com rollouts.

*Coordinate the creation of content along the year and across the digital ecosystem ensure consistent implementation.

*Create and implement digital campaign measurement/analytics framework - because we believe in KAIZEN.

*Create and implement an influencer strategy including influencer analysis and selection, influencer outreach, creative approach, engagement and on-going relationship management.

*Identify E-commerce opportunities for the brand: from increasing visibility in the path to purchase, step up our performance in Amazon.

*Implement the search & link strategies, covering technical changes, content, content hierarchy, backlink targets.

*Support management of the digital budget.







Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:
*Degree or work experience in Marketing, with at least 2-3 years marketing experience.
*Superior interpersonal skills, flexible and fun.

*Curiosity for the outside world, beyond marketing
*A digital expert, with a maverick mind-set
*Global profile
*Superior analytical skills
*A proactive team player, structured and organized
*Balance logic & intuition
*Deal well with both strategic and operational matter
