Account Management Team Manager

One of the UK's leading B2 print and mailing firms seeks an Account Management Team Leader to help promote growth and drive the company forward. This prestigious printer work with 2,500 clients and provides various products, including brochures, magazines, programmes, presentation folders and more.

You will be responsible for a team of 10 talented account managers, inspiring them to achieve KPIs, whilst maintaining a high quality of service for clients. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will also be in charge of the performance monitoring for your team. You will also assist in the recruitment of new staff.

Having a good attention to detail and people management skills is a must; a background in printing is desirable but not essential.

The hours of work will be full time, Monday to Friday. This role comes with a generous basic salary and the ability to earn bonus. On-site parking is provided and the site is also within walking distance from Cosham and Hilsea railway stations.
