Onsite Recruitment Consultant

Manpower are currently looking to recruit an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in the East Midlands - you would predominately be based at our client in Coventry, and be a support function to the consultant that heads up this account, day to day duties would include sourcing candidates across both the warehouse and driving sectors, registering and interviewing, references , onsite check in's, liaising with shift managers, shift planning , due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate would need to be extremely flexible as our clients operates 24/7 so therefore there would be the occasional work at weekends and in the evenings, the role is initially temp with the potential to go permanent in 2018.
