Manpower is recruiting for a number of emergency customer service jobs, to work in a busy call centre, providing lifesaving services.

Based at one of the top performing centres for these services, you will be answering 999 calls, gathering information and facilitating the dispatch of ambulances where required. You will need excellent customer service skills to help people who contact the call centre.

The key attributes are:
- Good judgement to prioritise the urgency and severity of calls
- Ability to provide information on First Aid and other necessary procedures
- Quickly gather information and ensure this is passed on to relevant services

The site is operational 24/7 365 days a year, so applicants must be flexible and able to work any hours necessary. An example rota includes a mix of shifts working mornings, days, evening and nights. A normal working pattern would include 2 days, 2 nights, 2 lates then four days off. Part time roles are also available.
