The purpose of your role:

As a Review Team Advisor you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to review their financial circumstances and discuss suitable debt solutions based on their individual needs.
It is also your responsibility to provide advice on other opportunities where customers can save money; for example on utilities and media packages.
This is a telephone based role, although you will be required to communicate to some customers by other contact channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
~ Establish customers personal circumstances and discuss all available debt solutions
~ Establish an extensive Income and Expenditure outcome using internal systems
~ Review changes to circumstances that impact payment plans and solutions
~ Resolve all queries from customers
~ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
~ Meet company standards and values
~ Interact and cooperate with all company employees
~ Ability to identify customers who require additional support and to signpost to our internal Specialist Support Unit when necessary

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstratable evidence of the following Key Skills:
~ Experience of working in a Debt Management Business in a customer facing and call centre role is essential
~ Excellent listening skills
~ Attention to detail and accuracy in information captured
~ FCA and complaint awareness
~ A strong desire to do the right thing by our customers is essential
~ Works well in a team environment and individually
~ Willingness to be flexible dependant upon the demands of the business is essential.

In return for your skills and experience you will receive a salary for 40 hours per week of up to £23,500 DOE with Performance related bonus per quarter.
You will work on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 5.30pm on Fridays.
