A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors in Worcester!

Manpower are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Advisors to join a large reputable company based in Worcester.

Hours (20 hours per week)
Monday to Friday 16:00 - 20:00

You will be given your shift patterns 3 months in advance.

You will be required to work 2 Saturdays (4 hours shift) in every 5 and 1 Sunday (3 hour shift in every 5. (Time will be given back to you during the week)

*For the first 3 weeks you will be required to complete a full time training programme. This will be Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 and then fall into your part time hours from week 4.

Pay Rate:
£7.70 per hour
£8.50 per hour after a 12 week qualifying period

About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing world class customer service, undertaking all relevant customer interactions and the accurate capture of customer data. You will advise customers of the best services available to them, maintaining relationships and using your initiative to resolve queries and complaints. You will receive extensive training and so will be able to provide the best technical advice and support to customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Working within a great team you will contribute to the overall performance and work towards achieving and maintaining the department and your own personal goals.

The ideal candidate
*will have previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor and/or be familiar with working within a contact centre environment.
*will be IT literate with a good standard of literacy and numeracy and possess GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
*will have an excellent attendance record and be punctual
*will be quick thinking and able to problem solve/use their own initiative
*will be personable with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues in a pressured environment
*enjoys working in a fast paced environment

*For the first 3 weeks you will be required to complete a training programme. This will be Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 and then fall into the rotating shift pattern from week 4.
