About the role

As a Revenue Support Assistant you will be responsible for the production of external invoices, ensuring that they are produced accurately and within set timescales both manually and system generated.
You will also be responsible for the collection of any outstanding monies owed to the company generated by the billing within an agreed age/value criteria using all available methods.


The benefits:

*31 days holiday - pro rata (including bank holidays)
* Flexible part time hours - 3-4 Days per week (Max 28.8 hrs per week/Min 21.6 hrs per week)

About you:

Naturally you'll have;
* Operating systems knowledge ( SAP AR, SAP ISU Mop) or similar.
* Intermediate Microsoft office skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to build effective working relationships across functions including at all levels
* Experience in solving complex billing issues ability to show initiative in identifying and resolving complex queries and systems errors.
* Previous experience and knowledge of AR of various types of invoicing, credit control or similar finance processing functionality.
* A reasonable understanding of the Energy Sector is desirable
* Advanced problem solving skills
* Build a positive relationship with external stakeholders to provide a good customer experience
* Adaptable, with experience of multi-tasking and working at own initiative to deliver tasks on time.
