Our client, one of the UK's largest energy companies has an open vacancy for a Personal Assistant to support the Senior Management Team in Hartlepool. This is a temporary role lasting around 12 months and will work alongside a small team of PA's providing the senior management team with a proactive, efficient, confidential and professional administrative support service.
The assignment will be predominately responsible for outlook diary management which will include organising meetings and events, rearranging conflicting priorities, collating and distributing supporting information and recording of accurate minutes and actions. Along with providing general administrative duties such as typing of confidential station documents, scanning and preparation of reports.
Applicants should have a good level of education to GCSE standard, including English language, and have previous PA experience preferably at Senior Leadership level. Shorthand skills are also preferred and it is essential the candidate has knowledge of relevant software packages, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The successful applicant will be customer focused, possess excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, they must also have a flexible approach and be able to work on their own initiative.
