Manpower Technical is recruiting for a Production Kit Packer on behalf of our client located in Cambridge. The role is Permanent, and based within the Public Sector.

Purpose of the job: To assist the Production department by performing production tasks. Gathering components and putting them together in a busy manufacturing environment. This role primarily involves final product assembly.
Tasks and Accountabilities:
To execute production tasks as directed by the Production Manager or authorised delegate. This is including but not limited to:

*Final product assembly
*To monitor and maintain stock levels of materials and reagents within the kit assembly area.
*To raise MTF's (Material Transfer Forms) requests to replace stock as necessary.
*To assist with Materials Management tasks as directed by the Production Manager or delegate.
*To execute and document tasks using approved ISO compliant documentation.
*To adhere to procedures documented in the quality system.
*To ensure non-compliance with the quality system is reported in a timely manner using approved procedures.
*To ensure safety related issues are reported to the Production Manager and Company Safety Officer, including completion of relevant safety documentation.
*To maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Qualifications and Previous experience necessary to perform job:
No formal qualifications are necessary. Ideally you will have some experience of a production environment, however full training will be provided. You must have the ability to work within a team and on your own to execute tasks and complete paperwork in a timely manner. Computer literacy is also desirable.
Shifts: Full Time. Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Salary: £16,500 Per Annum, Plus benefits such as a company performance bonus, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas break off. Pension and health care provided.
