An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Assistant Brand Development Manager based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfrairs, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying between £33K- £36,876 per annum. pro rata, depending on experience.

The Comfort Brand.Comfort is the world's pioneer fabric conditioner brand and together with Snuggle, UL Fabcon is more than a billion Euro business selling in more than 50 countries globally, with strong cornerstone positions in many big markets.
Fabric conditioner has been the key driver of growth and profitability for the Homecare category. It is also often seen to be closer to Personal Care, because it lives in a much more fragrant, soft, colourful, sensorial and delightful space in the consumers' minds. Fabcon is about making clothes look-feel-smell amazing and boosting our feel-good factor!
As an ABM in the global team, you'll play a critical supporting role to the Brand Manager, working on exciting new innovation projects to develop the next stages of the brand's growth. You'll be able to develop an in-depth understanding of brand development and the business environment within Unilever Personal Care. The role offers plenty of scope for creativity and independent leadership on smaller projects with clearly ownable deliverables on larger projects.
Key Job Responsibilities

*Support the Global Brand Manager on key global innovation projects relating to core platform, this will include packaging design, communication & claims development, cross functional team and network management.
*Lead in complete autonomy the agenda on digital, looking after the 'always on' Comfort digital strategy (e.g. website / ecommerce platform) and assist key markets in the deployment.

Key Skills/Experience Needed

*Relevant experience in Marketing
*Experience and passion for digital
*Genuinely curious and passionate about consumers and brands
*Robust project management experience, with knowledge of MS Project software
*Thorough understanding of P&L with prior experience of P&L management
*Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and change
*Strong communication skills
