Manpower is currently working exclusively with a national client who is on the look out for a skilled customer service executive to join their growing help desk centre.
My clients customer service advisors are responsible for providing support and guidance to current employees and ex-employees through dedicated helplines. Advisers have responsibility for responding to inbound telephone enquiries, letters and e-mails.
Key Responsibilities:
*To answer and resolve customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail in a timely manner
*To provide accurate information to customers around products supported
*To develop an excellent understanding of products and processes supported
*To exhibit behaviours that exceed our customers' expectation
*To be part of a professional helpline for all customer interactions, by phone and email
*To contribute and support service and process improvement
*Maintain confidentiality at all times
*Maintain an accurate record of all customer interactions.
*Ensure areas for improvement and potential failures with processes are raised quickly
Key Competencies:
*First class customer services skills
*Excellent questioning and data analysis skills, to interpret customer requirements
*Competent computer user
*Professional and supportive approach
*Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with employees at all levels of the business
*Understand and comply with Legal Requirements and internal Policies
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Willingness to accept new challenges and seek opportunities for personal development
*Excellent communications skills, specifically written and verbal
*Ability to organise workload to meet deadlines and service requirements
*Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues
*Contribute effectively at team meetings, discussions, 1:1s and Work Time Listening and Learning
*Actively engage in Service Improvement activities
*Be flexible in approach which may mean working within a variety of different teams
